Right now I was trying to comment on someone's blog and after hitting the button to submit my comment, I received this wonderful message:

Through following the link (which won't work as I've removed the key), I found out that it appears the entire Grand Hyatt hotel is blacklisted in one of the RBLs. The blog in question is obviously using something to query blacklists to reduce spammers, and that software is using RBLs, and the hotel wound up in one of those lists!
